Ella Small

Ella is one of the leaders of communications for Poetry4Progress. She is a Los Angeles based poet and is proud to be in her second year as a Get Lit player. As a Get Lit Player she has performed at many LAUSD High Schools and events.

This year she had the honor of being one of the finalists for the Los Angeles Youth Poet Laureate and performed at the awards ceremony at The Mark Taper Theater/Los Angeles Public Library.

She is currently a student at GALA and the President of her poetry club. Her school team won their division for the city wide slam hosted by Get Lit.

Ella loves to play Volleyball, paint, read, and of course, write.
